Q: What you do and do not need to view our videos.
We have tried to make the downloading and viewing of our videos as convienyent as possible for our customers. You do not need any downloading software. All downloading is done thru your browser. At this point we have limited the video formats to just one type for now, WMV (Windows Media Format). This takes the burden off you, the customer, to try and aquire many types of video players and making them all work with your system. You can use any video player that will run the WMV format if you wish. If you do not have a video player that will run the WMV format you can download Windows Media Player free for both a PC and MAC at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/WindowsMedia/player/. Also all of our videos are compressed for faster downloads with WinZIP. Once you download a video file you will need to unpack it using the WinZip program. If you do not have WinZip you can download it here winzip. In the majority of cases those are the only two programs you need.
Q: What if my download stops or just screws up?
Once you have made your purchase you have 12 hours to complete your download. If for some reason your download does not work the first time you may try again to download the video or videos you purchased. If after 12 hours you still have not been able to complete downloading your videos then you need to email us. To email us please use the form provided on our contact us page.
Q: Do I need an internet connection to watch your videos?
No you do not need an internet connection to watch our videos. You only need an internet connection to purchase and download our videos.
Q: How many times can I watch a video after I buy it?
Once you have purchased a video you may watch it as much as you wish. You are not renting our videos you are buying them. So you can watch them from your computer as much as you want to.
Q: How long should a download take?
A full DVD should take no more than one to two hours to download. This is a conservative estimate based on a file size of 200 MB downloading at 56 kB/sec, which is reasonable for a 512 kbps connection. This estimate is just that, an esimate. Many things affect the time to download a video. The file size, your connection, the internet status and much more. We do not recommended using a dial up connection for full DVD downloads.
Q: Why does Windows Media Player say "Corrupt file or format not supported"?
If a download file does not play all the way or does not playback normally, then the file is corrupt. You then will have to re-download the file.
Q: Why do I have no video in Windows Media Player?
Our videos are for Windows Media Player 10. They will play in earlier versions but without the video codec, only the sound can be heard. A good place to start looking for codecs is this website wmplugins.com.
Q: Why do I get "Content Not Found"?
There are two reasons why this problem happens. One you did not complete the order during the order process. There is a green button on the approval page that says "complete order". If you do not click this button your download will not be set up. Two, we just made an error when posting the file to our servers. In either case you need to contact us of the problem. We will have to set up a new download for you.
Q: Will anything adult related show up on my Credit card statement?
NO. Nothiing will appear on your Credit Card statement that is related to anything adult. You will only see a charge from BPS Interprises.
Q: Do I have to get a license after I buy a video?
No. Once you have purchased your video and downloaded the file. All you need to do is unpack it and play it.
Q: Are payment methods safe and confidential?
Credit card payments are encripted and absolutely safe. No credit card information is stored on our severs for any reason. Your purchase is between you and the credit card bank. In your credit card statement no references about the purchased service will be reported. The debit line will contain only the name BPS Interprises
Q: Will I receive unwanted emails?
We will never send you any unwanted emails. The only emails you will receive from us is when you purchase. You will get a receipt and a link where to download your videos. In the future we may offer a system to keep customers updated on new videos we add. BUT this will be strictly an option and you will have the choice if you want to receive them.
Q: Why is it important that I put in a valid email address?
It is VERY important that you enter a valid email address because that address is where we will send your links for downloading your videos and your receipt. You may use a free email service such as yahoo, hotmail..etc. But it must be a working email or you will not be able to download your content.
